Fiba Retail is the sole authority to open and operate Marks & Spencer, Gap stores in Turkey and is located in 9 different cities with a total of 86 stores. We are looking for a high caliber member to join us as a “Compensation Benefits & HR Analytics Specialist” in our Head Office!

What are we looking for as a Compensation Benefits & HR Analytics Specialist’’?

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economy etc.
  • Min. 2 years of experience in HR function, especially in Compensation, Benefits, HR Analytics disciplines,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Strong excel knowledge, analyzing and problem solving skills,
  • Multi-tasking and eager to work as a part of a team,
  • Good communication and analytical skills, strategic point of view,
  • Military obligation completed for male candidates.


Which responsibilities does a “Compensation Benefits & HR Analytics Specialist” have?

  • Supporting salary increases, reward management, job evaluation, performance management, compensation and benefits processes,
  • Supporting HR budget process and salary package proposals for new hires,
  • Providing the accuracy of HR compensation data in HR systems and reportings basis,
  • Develop and analyze HR metrics, prepare reports to the executive team to make data-based decisions. (Employee Profile Analysis, Turnover Analysis, etc.)
