Q Food & Beverage one of the  leading restaurant company in Turkey.We're currently looking for  Corporate Lawyer.The ideal candidate is required to have the following qualifications:

Job Description

• Drafting, revising and negotiating wide range of agreements including franchise agreements, lease, supply, procurement, and license agreements,
• Coordinating the legal matters and corporate documents of our subsidiaries in overseas,
• Preparing legal documents including legal notices, general assembly and board of directors’ resolutions, signature circulars and PoAs,
• Providing legal consultancy on general corporate governance matters, companies law, law of obligations, labor law and data protection law,
• Drafting and revising internal policies and procedures.

 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law and admitted to a Turkish Bar,
• Qualified lawyer with 2-5 years of experience,
• Strong knowledge of Corporate Law and Contract Law,
• Fluency in English,
• Dynamic, self-motivated and solution oriented,
• Advanced analytic thinking skills,
• Strong communication and team player skills,
• No restriction on travelling.
