To be assigned within the body of our company, which has been operating in the automotive aftermarket for 44 years in the automotive spare parts sector and is the pioneer of the sector;

General Qualifications;

• Graduated from the Accounting, Finance and Economics departments of universities,

• Have at least 5-10 years of managerial experience in the retail, production and automotive sector,

• Proficient in  treasury, bank loans, cash management, balance sheet, financial statement analysis, and financial management reporting processes,

• Able to think analytically, have the ability to represent the institution, and have strong communication skills,

• Having SAP / FI- TRM- EHO- Payment Modules knowledge and experience, (minimum 5 years)

• Advanced knowledge of English,

• Advanced communication skills,

• Knowledge of accounting legislation,

We are looking for "Finance Manager"

Job Description;

• Execution of the company's financial strategy,

• To monitor financial markets closely, to investigate developments, to take precautions or to create opportunities from their effects,

• Developing growth plans that will increase company profits while reducing expenses and comparing them with the past,

• Coordinating with the GM and CFO on the policies and procedures adopted regarding bank loans management, cash management planning and reporting , treasury, and  budgeting,

• Monitoring financial performance with income statements and balance sheets,

• Keeping the subsidiary's books, accounts payable, accounts receviables , costs, goods and operating expenses, and insurance records,

• Preparing financial reports, including but not limited to Cash Flow Statement, and Financial Statements Analysis, and presenting these reports to the  GM and CFO,

• Coordinating with the sales department in creating customer receivable accounts and collecting payments from customers according to their due dates.

• Working in coordination with internal and external auditors to ensure reliable examination of financial transactions and existing accounting systems,

• Ensuring the preparation of the annual budget,

• Carrying out all bank-related activities such as deposits and bank loans, as well as receivable and debit transactions,

• Banking and finance and government relations process.
